1. About These Terms

Creative Hands Ink (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://www.creativehands.ink and provides custom apparel, DTF transfers, ready-made graphic products, Kidz Shirt Chef Boxes, and related services.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies linked below.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform we use to offer our products and Services.

2. Related Store Policies

Please review these policies before placing an order:

These policies describe additional terms and practices relevant to your purchase. Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Purchases must be made by an adult who can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Products intended for children must be ordered by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.

You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully. You must not:

  • Submit fraudulent orders or unauthorized payment information.

  • Upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

  • Upload unlawful threats, exploitative content, malware, or malicious files.

  • Attempt to interfere with website security or access another customer’s information.

  • Misrepresent your identity or ownership of submitted artwork.

We may refuse unlawful requests or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers and business.

4. Product Descriptions and Availability

Please review the complete product description, selected options, quantities, and price before ordering.

A finished shirt and a DTF transfer are different products. DTF transfers do not include shirts or pressing equipment unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Box contents, quantities, size options, and customization choices are described on the applicable product page. A quantity of one box means one box containing the number of items stated in that listing.

We aim to display accurate product information and images. Screen settings, lighting, garment materials, and printing processes may cause reasonable differences between displayed colors and the finished product. This does not excuse supplying an incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed item.

Products may be made to order. Availability and options may change.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the storefront expressly shows another currency.

The price for your selected size, product type, or other options is shown before purchase. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A later price change does not automatically change the price of an existing order.

Orders must be paid using a payment method offered at checkout. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms.

Additional artwork, extensive revisions, oversized prints, or special requests may require a separate quote. We will obtain your agreement before charging for additional work.

6. Orders and Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, billing and shipping addresses, product selections, and customization instructions.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if payment verification, artwork clarification, availability, or another issue needs to be resolved.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion, including associated charges where applicable.

We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful content, unavailable products, or a material listing error. If an error requires a different price or product, we will explain the issue and request your agreement rather than automatically charging a higher amount.

7. Custom Artwork and Personalization

For custom products, review your artwork, spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, and instructions before submitting your order.

Use the file formats and artwork requirements shown on the product page. High-quality PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred where indicated. JPG files may also be accepted.

Low-resolution files, unwanted backgrounds, or unclear instructions can affect the finished result. Uploading a file does not automatically include redrawing, background removal, restoration, or other design services.

If we identify a problem that prevents production, we may request clarification or a replacement file. Time needed to resolve artwork issues may affect the production schedule; we will communicate any resulting changes.

We produce custom items according to the submitted order details and any changes we expressly confirm in writing. We are responsible for errors we introduce during production. Customer-submitted spelling or design errors are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Artwork Ownership and Permission

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the products requested.

You grant us a limited, nonexclusive permission to reproduce, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, fulfill, and support your order. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

We may decline content where we reasonably believe the requested use is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

Submitting artwork for an order does not automatically authorize us to publish it in advertisements, social media posts, or promotional materials. We will request separate permission before using identifiable customer photographs or personalized order artwork for those purposes.

9. Proofs, Revisions, and Special Requests

If a proof is included in your order or separately agreed upon, review it carefully before approving production.

A proof may illustrate layout and wording but may not reproduce the exact color, texture, or scale of the finished item.

Do not assume a proof, revision service, rush service, or guaranteed event date is included unless we expressly confirm it.

Contact us before ordering if you need new artwork, significant changes, a special print placement, or delivery by a particular date. Any additional charges and timing must be agreed upon before the additional work begins.

10. DTF Transfers and Application

DTF transfers are supplied for application to compatible garments or other suitable materials.

Follow the application instructions supplied with your order, including temperature, pressure, pressing time, peeling method, and care guidance. Use appropriate equipment and safe handling practices.

Results depend on factors including the fabric, equipment, settings, and application method. We do not guarantee compatibility with every material or pressing device.

For unfamiliar fabrics or application methods, test a transfer before completing a larger project.

We are not responsible for application damage caused by settings, equipment, materials, or handling inconsistent with the supplied instructions. This does not limit remedies for defective or incorrect transfers.

Individual transfer listings and custom transfer packs do not include gang sheets unless expressly stated.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email pattersoncasa@gmail.com promptly and include your order number.

Custom production may begin shortly after an order is received. Changes or cancellations requested after artwork preparation or production has started may not be possible.

A change is not confirmed until we acknowledge it in writing. Approved changes may affect pricing and production time.

These restrictions do not remove cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including rights relating to shipment delays or unfulfilled orders.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Custom orders may require additional time as disclosed on the product page or agreed with you.

Contact us before purchasing if your order is needed for a specific event. Do not assume a requested date is guaranteed unless we expressly confirm it.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide updated information, and offer the choice of consenting to the delay or canceling for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.

Contact us promptly about missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered shipments so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

13. International Orders

International ordering is available only for destinations supported by our checkout.

Shipping availability, charges, and delivery estimates vary by destination. Customs inspections may affect delivery time.

Import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees may apply. Any amounts collected at checkout will be identified there. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under the destination country’s rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that apply to an international purchase.

14. Local Pickup and Meetups

Local pickup or a nearby meetup may be available by prior arrangement.

Contact pattersoncasa@gmail.com before ordering to confirm availability, location, and timing. A pickup or meetup is confirmed only after we agree on the details.

Our listed business address does not establish walk-in hours or authorize an unscheduled pickup. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and that the meeting arrangements are agreed.

15. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:

Custom and personalized products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where our policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where helpful.

A custom-item or final-sale restriction does not eliminate remedies required by law for defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods.

Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

16. Digital Products, If Offered

A digital download is an electronic file rather than a physical product. Read the listing carefully before purchasing.

Permitted uses are described in the applicable listing or license. Purchasing a file does not transfer the copyright or grant rights beyond that license.

Digital downloads are generally final sale as described in our Refund Policy, subject to applicable law. If a file is missing, inaccessible, or faulty, contact us with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.

17. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility, dates, usage limits, and exclusions.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. A discount code must be entered where required during checkout.

Discounts do not change your statutory rights or the remedies available for a problem with your order.

18. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Our business name, logos, original website text, original designs, and other protected materials remain the property of Creative Hands Ink or their respective owners.

You may browse our website and use it to place orders. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell protected website content or designs without the appropriate permission or license.

Ownership and permitted use of customer-submitted artwork are addressed separately in Section 8.

19. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must reflect your honest experience and must not contain unlawful content, private information about others, or material you are not authorized to share.

If you submit a review for public display, you authorize us to display that review in connection with our products and Services. We may format it for readability without materially changing its meaning.

This permission does not apply to files uploaded privately to produce a custom order.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, or reviews that violate these Terms. Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful, honest criticism of our products or Services.

Do not send passwords, full payment card information, or unnecessary sensitive information through contact forms, order notes, or artwork uploads.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

We use Shopify and other providers to support functions such as payment processing, shipping, and website operation.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using their services.

A third-party link does not transfer responsibility for our own order-fulfillment obligations or remove rights you have against us under applicable law.

22. Website Availability and Liability

We aim to maintain a useful and reliable website, but temporary interruptions, technical errors, or maintenance may occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, such as lost business profits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or removes mandatory product warranties, consumer rights, or remedies.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access to our website or decline further Services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or a material violation of these Terms.

Ending access does not erase obligations relating to orders already placed, payments properly due, refunds owed, or rights that survive termination.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Doing so does not waive any legal rights or prevent you from using available consumer complaint or court procedures.

25. General Provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the linked store policies, and any order-specific terms expressly agreed with you govern your use of our Services. They do not override mandatory legal rights.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of our website and future orders. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing order. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law.
